ginger, milk chocolate vanilla & milk chocolate spiceOver the weekend I took at class at the Institute of Culinary Education on truffles. It was a ton of fun and I left the 5 hour class with chocolate on every piece of my clothing. But that was not the only thing I left with. Chocolate is a very delicate substance, it really takes time to nurture it into these amazing little pieces of happiness. We were paired up into groups and each group had just enough time to make one recipe. At the end of the class, we all shared our creations, so I got to bring home 7 different types of truffles.
