For some reason I've been a little obsessed with chocolate mousse lately. Just a little. But with a 6 week old baby its been pretty much impossible to make my favorite chocolate mousse ever. So, I basically looked at what I had on hand and came up with this recipe. It's not quite chocolate mousse but it's good enough for now. And it's quite healthy.
chocolate yogurt mousse
ingredients:
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt, room temperature
- Melt chocolate in microwave for about 1 minute, allow to cool slightly.
- Stir in syrup.
- Mix together chocolate and yogurt. Refrigerate until cold.
